MEET ROBERT D FLACH

Robert D Flach has been preparing 1040s for individuals in all walks of life since February of 1972.  He has been writing the popular tax blog THE WANDERING TAX PRO (http://wanderingtaxpro.blogspot.com) since the summer of 2001.

Robert learned how to prepare 1040s the absolute best way possible - by preparing 1040s.

“On my first day at work for my uncle’s tax preparer, having never prepared a tax return before, my new boss led me to a desk.  He gave me a copy of a client’s prior year 1040 and a briefcase with the current year’s ‘stuff’ and told me to ‘jump in and swim!’”

In his 47 years in the business he has never used flawed and expensive tax preparation software to prepare a Form 1040.  One of the last of the dinosaurs, he prepares over 200 sets of returns each year manually.

Robert is currently winding down his tax practice and no longer accepts any new clients.

He has been a member of the National Association of Tax Professionals for over 30 years, and often writes for the Association's TAXPRO JOURNAL as well as the newsletter of the New Jersey state chapter.  

Robert is the creator and author of the websites FIND A TAX PROFESSIONAL (http://www.findataxprofessional.com) and A TAX PROFESSIONAL FOR TAX REFORM (http://taxprosfortaxreform-com.webs.com).  He has created several compilations of forms, schedules and worksheets and has written books, reports and guides on tax planning and preparation.  Some of his books are available in “e-book” form for reading on Kindle at Amazon.com.  His author page is http://amazon.com/author/robertflach.    

In 2012 Robert moved from metropolitan Jersey City, New Jersey, where he was born in 1953, to Wayne County in rural Northeast Pennsylvania.

He is a vocal critic of the television genre erroneously known as “reality tv”.

“Shows like ‘Big Brother’, ‘The Bachelor’ and ‘The Bachelorette’, ‘The Jersey Shore’ and about the so-called ‘real’ housewives of anywhere are pure excrement without any socially redeeming value.  Reality tv is a result of and a contributing factor to the continuation of the dumbing down of America”.

Robert vocally and aggressively opposes and denounces the presidency of Donald Trump, and writes the blog TRUMP MUST GO (https://denouncetrump.blogspot.com).

“Donald T Rump is an ignorant, incompetent and totally worthless piece of garbage, devoid of humanity and integrity.  He has no respect for anyone or anything, and does not care about anyone or anything but himself. 

The biggest danger to the future of America, American democracy, and the world is Trump as President, and no issue in the 2020 election is more important than removing Trump from the White House, and removing hypocritical Republicans who support and defend Trump from Congress.”
